新办企业如何在广西南宁办理住房公积金开户？

一、 住房公积金开户材料

1、 申请住房公积金的开户首先需要填写住房公积金单位登记开户表；

2、 需要准备好营业执照复印件；

3、 还需要企业法人的身份证复印件和经办人的身份证复印件；

4、 最后还要准备法人授权委托书。

二、 住房公积金开户流程

1、 首先可以去住房管理中心网站上去下载《住房公积金单位登记开户表》，如实填写表中的信息；

2、 办理住房公积金开户的人员需要携带《法人委托书》并且盖好公章；

3、 接下来携带营业执照复印件、法人和经办人的身份证复印件等相关材料去当地的住房公积金管理中心办理开户；

4、 另外还需要提交第一批开户职工的信息，需要提交职工身份证复印件，并且做一份《住房公积金__ 年__月汇缴、变更表》；

5、 当经过住房公积金管理中心审核开户之后，会在提交的表格中盖章，同时会发放一份《银行扣款委托书》；
